    As an Assistant Branch Manager in Direct Lending, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing all functions of the branch location, including collection call activity, underwriting, document preparation, loan closings and the monitoring of losses.

    As a Branch Manager in Direct Lending, you will have an overall responsibility for opening and closing the office, training personnel, ensuring that all GILA loans are processed in accordance with state regulations and prepare loan/cash reconciliation reports for accuracy and consistency.

    As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for daily collection calls on consumer debts and updating the servicing system with account entries. At AAC, you will play an integral role in protecting the company’s assets by helping customers find solutions to bring their accounts current and negotiating payment resolutions, while AAC collections also provides an environment that rewards high performance.

    As a Dealer Sales Representative, you will develop partnerships at auto dealerships to gain new and grow existing business within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will also engage with the Marketing and Sales department(s) on business development campaigns and projects.

    As a Funding Specialist, you’ll be responsible for performing accurate verifications, investigation, analysis of all documentation required to complete the funding processes in accordance with policies and procedures. The position also provides the applicant and dealers with a respectful environment throughout the originations process. The successful candidate has a solid understanding of our products, an inquisitive way of thinking and relationship building skills.

    As a Loan Officer, you will have an integral role in assisting qualified customers complete their loan process as quickly and effectively as possible, while developing partnerships with dealerships and/or 3rd party businesses. The successful candidate has a solid understanding of our products, critical thinking, and relationship building skills.

    As a Recovery Specialist, you will work with customers and develop partnerships with outside agencies and/or 3rd party businesses to ensure recovery and/or collection efforts are processed in an accurate and timely manner. At AAC, this position requires skip tracing, negotiation techniques, and communication skills to mitigate losses.
