*We currently have a position open for an Assistant Collections Manager.

The Assistant Collections Manager assists in providing management, administration, and direction for all Collection Operations (Collections, Repo/Remarketing, and Front End).  The primary objectives are:

  1. Ensure the use of effective collection routines to control losses.
  2. Ensure the timely recovery of collateral assigned for repossession as well as a timely and well executed disposal of recovered units.
  3. Ensure the timely and accurate posting of payments, payoffs, and other transactions.
  4. Support all other organization goals and objectives, while assuring compliance with all applicable policies. 

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Collections Management experience.
  • Call Center experience and expertise with call center technologies.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within broad parameters.
  • Ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Strong proven negotiation skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization skills. 
  • Excellent work ethic, high ambitions and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.

*We currently have a position open for a Remarketing Supervisor

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for managing both the accounts placed out for repossession and the coordination of the sale of repossessed vehicle    

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Completing Procomm opening reports (PCOX)
  • Coordinate the installation of vehicle tracking devices
  • Update and manage the Vehicle tracking device database
  • Assignment of accounts to repossession agents
  • Making outbound calls to contact customer
  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Skip-tracing on hard to find customers
  • Taking elevated customer calls
  • Communication and coordinating the recovery of vehicle with repossession agents
  • Review and approve accounts for redemption of their loans
  • Coordinate the transport of vehicle to the proper dealer auction
  • Coordinating the completion of pre-sale vehicle evaluations and condition reports

General Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of successful management experience, preferably in a non prime automobile or consumer loan environment
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational/planning/project management skills
  • Proficient in M/S Excel and Word
